1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdbet platform and all its services. By accessing the bdbet website or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all of these Terms.

bdbet is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. Through the platform, users can enjoy sports betting, live casino, slot games and other gaming services.

These Terms have been prepared in the Bengali language and serve as a legal agreement between bdbet and the user. In the event of any dispute, the interpretation of these Terms shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on bdbet, you must:

• Be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• Be a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh.
• Have full legal capacity.
• Have no previously banned or closed account on bdbet.
• Register the account in your own name — not on behalf of anyone else.

2.2 One Person, One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account on bdbet. Creating more than one account is considered a prohibited activity, and bdbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts.

2.3 Providing Information at Registration

It is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held. bdbet may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit identity verification (KYC) documents, including a copy of your national ID or passport, proof of address and proof of ownership of your payment method. If documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawal processing may be put on hold.

3. Account Use and Security

3.1 Protecting Your Login Details

Your bdbet login ID and password are entirely personal. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any transaction on your account will be treated as having been made by you — bdbet will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login details.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the bdbet support team immediately. bdbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account at any time in the interest of security.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling or lending your bdbet account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account will be permanently closed and all funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on bdbet can currently be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. You must use your own mobile banking account when making a deposit — deposits from another person's account are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timing

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can be used for withdrawal requests. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing normally takes 10 to 45 minutes.

The same method used for the deposit must be used when making a withdrawal. bdbet reserves the right to put any withdrawal request on hold until identity verification is complete.

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met. Full bonus and wagering details can be found in Section 5 below.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳2,000, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. In this case the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times, meaning ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 Wagering Terms

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only funds earned from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal after the bonus amount has been wagered 20 times.

• No bonus amount can be withdrawn directly.
• Bonus funds will remain locked until wagering is complete.
• bdbet may set a requirement to complete wagering within a specified time.
• There may be restrictions on specific games or bet types before a bonus can be used.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The bdbet VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%) and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is paid based on net losses for the week. Example: a Gold-tier member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

5.4 Promotion Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, using false identities or employing any other fraudulent method to take advantage of bonuses or promotions is strictly prohibited. In such cases the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be permanently closed.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

bdbet reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet, particularly for bets of unusual size or in suspicious circumstances. If an event is cancelled or incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the relevant bet may be cancelled and the stake returned.

6.2 Match Result Verification

bdbet uses official results from recognised sources to determine betting outcomes. In the event of any dispute over a result, bdbet's decision will be considered final.

6.3 In-Play Betting

For live or in-play betting, bdbet will not be liable if a bet is not confirmed due to a lost internet connection or delay. Real-time odds are subject to change and bdbet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.

6.4 Multi Bets

Winnings on a multi bet are paid only if all selections are correct. If any one selection is wrong, the entire stake is lost. If a multi bet contains correlated events (for example, two bets on the same match), bdbet may cancel that bet.

7. Casino and Slot Rules

7.1 Game Software and RNG

bdbet casino games are operated by recognised software providers. The outcome of all games is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely random and not predetermined.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are played with a real dealer. In the event of a dispute in a live game, a decision will be made by reviewing game logs and video records. bdbet will not be liable for issues caused by internet connectivity.

7.3 Slot Games

In slot games, each spin is independent and does not depend on previous results. If a round is not completed or remains incomplete due to a technical issue with the game provider, the relevant stake will be returned.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbet platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false or another person's identity.
• Placing artificial bets or conducting coordinated betting activity with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using betting bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Hacking or fraudulent activity against other users.
• Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour towards bdbet staff.

In the event of a breach of these prohibitions, the account will be immediately closed and bdbet reserves the right to take legal action.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 bdbet's Rights

bdbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of breach of Terms, suspected fraud or unusual betting patterns.

9.2 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the bdbet support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed; however, any bonus funds will be cancelled if the wagering requirements have not been met.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, bdbet reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee or deactivate the account. The user will be notified in advance by email.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

bdbet is committed to protecting users' personal data. Information collected for account registration and service delivery is used and stored in accordance with bdbet's Privacy Policy.

User data is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities where legally required or for the purpose of fraud investigations. All financial transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

11. Responsible Gaming

bdbet will not be liable for any compensation if service is disrupted due to technical reasons, maintenance or third-party causes. However, for verifiable losses on active bets, bdbet will take appropriate action.

12.2 Third-Party Services

bdbet is not responsible for the terms or service disruptions of payment platforms such as bKash, Nagad and Rocket. For payment-related issues, contact the relevant mobile banking service provider directly.

12.3 Responsibility for Personal Decisions

The decision to place bets or play games on the bdbet platform is entirely the user's own. bdbet bears no liability for financial losses. Consider your own financial means before playing and stay within your limits.

13. Changes to Terms

bdbet reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of important changes via their registered email or through a notice on the platform.
